Oblò’s Children’s Menu
New Licensing Laws
From 1st September 2009, under the new Licensing Laws (Scotland) all Children and Young People under the age of 18 will continue to be welcome in Oblò, but will need to adhere to the following conditions:
Children (aged 0-15) can only be admitted for the purposes of dining or attending a private, pre-arranged function, which is not attended by the general public. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and are excluded from the immediate area of the bar counter. Young people (aged 16 and 17) can only be admitted for the purposes of dining or attending a private, pre-arranged function, which is not attended by the general public, but they do not have to be accompanied by an adult.
No under 18s will be permitted in our bar areas from 8.00pm. When dining after 8.00pm, children and young people will be restricted to our formal restaurant areas (please bear this in mind when considering a time for any dinner reservation you are making where any of your guests are under 18). All under 18s must be off the premises by 10.00pm.
Please contact us if you have any further queries regarding the new Laws and our subsequent new conditions.
Your co-operation in enforcing these new Laws would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Children and Young People
Children and young people are welcome in Oblò. We have our own childrens menu which offers healthy and adventurous options for them to choose as well as the fail safe chicken nuggets and fries.
We have high chairs, colouring in sheets and crayons. And most of all staff who are friendly and accommodating towards childrens needs.
