As we approach our re-opening date and what we anticipate will be an extremely busy season ahead, we are looking to recruit a permanent, full-time Chef de Partie to fill a vacancy that has arisen in our team. Ideally, you will have worked in a kitchen setting for at least 12 months and have experience and transferrable skills. You will be trained to work our busy pizza bench which serves our two businesses as well as to prepare starters and desserts and to learn stove work. Associated qualifications such as food hygiene essential and professional cookery are desirable. You must have excellent communication skills, be flexible and able to remain calm under pressure. You also must be able to provide two good previous employment references and be available to work a mixture of shifts over 5 days a week. You need to have a passion for cooking and a commitment to working in hospitality, especially during this testing time.
